These strips are easy to position and I was impressed how well they stick on the teeth. After 30 minutes they were still stuck on the teeth, and I had to peel them off. There was no sensitivity, burning, or irritation while using these. They are definitely gentle, but effective. I've used them twice and can already tell a brighter difference in my teeth. I love that they have hydroxyapatite and the menthol gives it a nice, mild minty flavor.
