Just reach out within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll issue a full refund — no forms, no hoops, no questions.

To request a refund, contact us at refunds@nanowhite.us with your order number. That's it.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at refunds@nanowhite.us so we can make it right.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, reach out to us at refunds@nanowhite.us for your refund and place a new order through our store.

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received it, contact us at refunds@nanowhite.us.

Exceptions

Gift cards are non-refundable. All other nanoWHITE products are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
