Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Your payment is only captured when your order ships.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.
Delivery Times
Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS and UPS. The carrier is selected at our discretion based on your location and order details. We ship to P.O. Boxes.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you do not receive a confirmation within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@nanowhite.us.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@nanowhite.us within 5 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and any relevant photos. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund.

We stand behind every nanoWHITE product with a straightforward 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase for any reason, you don't need to send anything back. Just reach out within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll issue a full refund — no forms, no hoops, no questions.
To request a refund, contact us at refunds@nanowhite.us with your order number. That's it.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, reach out to us at refunds@nanowhite.us for your refund and place a new order through our store.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received it, contact us at refunds@nanowhite.us.
Exceptions
Gift cards are non-refundable. All other nanoWHITE products are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
